Quantera Energy has developed a new hydrogasification process whereby, following a site waste feasibility study of the amount and kind of waste a client may have, a process facility can be designed and constructed to meet the specific waste streams by using:
- 200 years of combined engineering and waste disposal experience
- New modularized facility concept
- Proprietary Intellectual Property process using high temperature and high pressure steam
- Engineering design that eliminates up to 97% of the waste
- Ease of construction and operation, economically less expensive
- Multiple off take commodities from electricity, ammonia and/or urea, bio-diesel and clean drinking water.
ENGINEERING
The engineering group of Quantera Energy was created in 2007 as a specialized division in the energy sector, working to optimize and increase the efficiency of remediation processes related to specific types of waste disposal with the goal of generating clean, less expensive electricity. The group offers a wide range of solutions in order maximize the large amounts of hydrogen generated from the hydrogasification process that implements the most efficient use of energy .
From the environmental point of view , Quantera Energy analyzes the different applications that can be developed from the hydrogasification process helping to improve sustainability by reducing the polluting effects of waste, improving resource management and increasing off take commodities .
ORGANIZATION
Quantera Energy operations are organized into the following skill fields: architecture, construction, engineering , infrastructure, power, oil and gas , disposal of MSW (Municipal Solid Waste ) and water treatment.
